Robert Caulfield

Nationally known American impressionist painter, Robert Caulfield was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts in 1930. Largely self–taught, Caulfield's style has been hailed as emblematic of American Impressionism, yet uniquely his own.

He says, “As more or less a realist with learnings toward Impressionism, I hope any viewer can look upon my work and feel an emotional response to the natural world I’m drawn to portraying.”
