ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Roger Godchaux was a French sculptor and a painter, born in 1878, in Luxembourg, but was raised in Vendôme, France and passed away in 1958, in Paris. Goldchaux studied at the at the École des Beaux Arts, he was the student from the Polish painter Jankel Adler and the French painter Jean-Léon Gérôme. In 1905, Godchaux participated for the first time at the Salon des Artistes Fraçais, in Bry-sur-Marne, France. Most of his work represents the Impressionism, Futurism art movement, period.
