ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Edouard Moerenhout was born near Antwerp sometime in the mid-1800s and continued to live and work there. He was a painter of marine subjects.
While there is limited information on Moerenhout, it is known that he began exhibiting in1877 at the Salon Triennal de Gand in Ghent and the Generale des Beaux-Arts Bruxelles in Brussels in 1884.
Moerenhout died sometime after 1884.
